What personal data I collect and why I collect it
The ways we collect data from you falls into two categories:
1. When you give it to me or give me permission to obtain it.
Contact forms
When you submit data through the contact forms on my website, you may include your name, email address and phone number. This information I receive about you is sent to my Outlook account inbox and is used to process your request.
I also use the WordPress Email log plugin which stores any data you send through the contact forms on my website. This is used to ensure I can still access a contact form submission in the event that it was not sent over to my mailbox server.
2. I also get technical information when you visit my website
Whenever you use my website, certain information gets created and logged automatically. Here are some of the types of information I collect automatically:
Log data
My servers record information (“log data”), including information that your browser automatically sends whenever you visit a website, or that your mobile app automatically sends when you’re using it. This log data includes your Internet Protocol address, how you used my website, cookie data and device data.
Cookies
I also use “cookies” (small text files sent by your computer each time you visit my website, unique to your browser) or similar technologies to capture log data.
When I use cookies or other similar technologies, I use session cookies (that last until you close your browser) or persistent cookies (that last until you or your browser delete them).
Embedded content from other websites
Pages on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
Analytics
I use Google Analytics to track and record how you use my website. This data is used to improve my website in order to make it easy for you to use and find the information you need on my website.
I may also use FaceBook pixel to track and record how visitors from FaceBook use my website. This data is collected and used to understand and measure the effectiveness of any FaceBook adverts I may be currently running.
How Long I Keep Your Information
I keep your information only so long as I need it to provide a valuable service to you. When I no longer need to use your information and there is no need for me to keep it, to comply with my legal or regulatory obligations, I’ll either remove it from my system or depersonalise it so that I can’t identify you.
Your Rights
You have certain rights in relation to the information that I have about you, as described below.
– You can request to access the information I hold about you. I’ll usually share this with you within 60 days of you asking us for it.
– You can ask me to correct your information or delete it, if you are unable to do it yourself.
– You can ask me to stop using your information, and opt out of receiving our newsletters or marketing messages and object to me having the information you provided to me sent to another organisation, where I hold this information with your consent or for the performance of a contract with you, where it’s technically feasible.

I aim to meet high standards and so my policies are constantly under review. From time to time I may change this privacy notice. I recommend that you check this page periodically to review the latest version.
